thePrime was developed by Nippon Trends Food Service, Inc. supplying premium noodles to ramen restaurants in the United States and Canada for 20 years. The result is restaurant-quality instant ramen. The dried noodles are not fried in oil, providing a healthier experience.

VEGETARIAN TONKOTSU SOUP

Our tonkotsu soup is vegetarian-friendly! Our tonkotsu soup base is made from canola oil and sesame oil, with vegetable flavors and spices such as garlic and ginger. It is made with only vegetable-derived ingredients, so it is suitable for vegetarians.

Our vegetable toppings are produced with the innovative drying process and gently heats the vegetables to reduce the microbial load. No added sugars, flavors, colors, or preservatives, and healthy and rich in nutrients.

EASY COOKING

Hot water bring poured into a bowl

1) Bring 550 ml of water to a boil in a pot.

2) Once boiling, add thePrime non-fried noodles and the dried vegetable mix to the pot.

3) Boil over medium heat for 3.5 minutes. After the noodles have been in the boiling water for 10 seconds, loosen the noodles with chopsticks. Do not cover the pot. While the noodles are cooking, put the soup base into a ramen bowl.

4) When the noodles are cooked, add only the hot water from the pot to the ramen bowl and mix with the soup base well. Add the cooked noodles and toppings into the bowl. Enjoy!
