Miso is made from fermented soybeans and has been a favorite seasoning paste in Japan for many years. Yamachan Ramen Authentic Miso Ramen soup is made with two types of miso, red miso and white miso, and is characterized by its nutty aroma and sweetness.

It can be used not only for ramen soup, but also as a base for other soup dishes, or as a seasoning for fried or stir-fried dishes. A great addition to your home cooking seasoning.

Cooking Instructions

Stove Top

Add 300 ml (1.25 cup) of hot water or soup stock. Mix well.
