Instructions
1) Prepare garnish.
Cut green onions into small pieces.
Cut chashu pork into desired size.
2) Cook the noodles.
3) While the noodles are boiling, prepare the soup.
Boil 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) of water.
Put the soup base in a bowl and dissolve the soup base in the boiling water. Mix the soup base and hot water well.
4) Drain the boiled noodles thoroughly.
5) Put the noodles into the bowl with ramen soup.
6) Add chashu, green onions, and beni shoga, etc. as desired.
