Ingredients

Ramen Noodles 

 

Salad Dressing 

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Japanese Sesame Dressing
  • 2 tsp Minced Ginger
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds

 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cup Broccoli cut into tiny pieces
  • 1 Carrot cut into tiny pieces
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper cut into tiny pieces
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Shelled Edamame
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber thick julienned

Ramen Noodles 

 

Salad Dressing 

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Minced Ginger
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds

 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cup Broccoli cut into tiny pieces
  • 1 Carrot cut into tiny pieces
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper cut into tiny pieces
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Shelled Edamame

Instructions


1) Mix all the dressing ingredients well and set aside.

2) Cook the noodles. Drain well then rinse with cold water to remove the excess starch. Drain well.

3) Mix salad dressing, cooked ramen noodles, and other ingredients well. Enjoy!
