Ramen Noodles
- 1 serving of noodles of any Yamachan Ramen or Fresh Ramen Noodles Only
- At least 6¼ cups or 1.5L of Water
Salad Dressing
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Japanese Sesame Dressing
- 2 tsp Minced Ginger
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
Salad Ingredients
- 2 cup Broccoli cut into tiny pieces
- 1 Carrot cut into tiny pieces
- 1 Red Bell Pepper cut into tiny pieces
- 1/2 cup Boiled Shelled Edamame
- 1/2 cup Cucumber thick julienned

This Ramen Noodle Salad is made with fresh ramen noodles, not instant, tossed with crisp vegetables and a sesame–soy dressing. Light and refreshing, it’s perfect as a summer side dish, potluck favorite, or easy lunch.
Ingredients
Ramen Noodles
- 1 serving of noodles of any Yamachan Ramen or Fresh Ramen Noodles Only
- At least 6¼ cups or 1.5L of Water
Salad Dressing
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Minced Ginger
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
Salad Ingredients
- 2 cup Broccoli cut into tiny pieces
- 1 Carrot cut into tiny pieces

Instructions
1) Mix all the dressing ingredients well and set aside.
2) Cook the noodles. Drain well then rinse with cold water to remove the excess starch. Drain well.
3) Mix salad dressing, cooked ramen noodles, and other ingredients well. Enjoy!
