Cooking Instructions
- Boil Water: Boil a generous amount of water for cooking noodles.
Important: Avoid cooking these noodles together with regular ramen noodles to prevent cross-contamination. - Preparation: Before cooking, thoroughly loosen the noodles.
- Cooking Time: The usual cooking time for this type of noodles is about 2 mins and 15 seconds. Once the noodles are cooked, drain well and quickly put into broth.
For cold dishes (e.g., tsukemen or ramen salad): Cook the noodles for about 4 mins. After cooking, rinse them thoroughly under cold water, drain well, and serve chilled.
