Yamachan Ramen Sapporo Miso Ramen package with fresh ramen noodles and soup for homemade ramen

Sapporo Miso Ramen

Miso Ramen is known to have originated in Hokkaido, a cold region in the north of Japan.

Enjoy Hokkaido's miso ramen at home with this combination of this thick, garlic-miso flavored soup and chewy, mochi-mochi (soft) curly noodles.

The noodles have a smooth texture and are chewy at the same time. The thick noodles are given a strong wave to help cover the noodles well with the soup and are NON-soggy after boiling.

Topping recommendations would be corn, ramen egg, and fresh bean sprouts. It is also a great idea to add a knob of a piece of butter to the soup before eating.
