Yamachan Ramen Aburasoba

Authentic, Meat & Poultry

Aburasoba

Aburasoba is a Japanese-style “soupless ramen” made by tossing hot noodles with a savory seasoning sauce, flavorful oil, and toppings instead of serving them in broth.

This version combines our tonkotsu shoyu ramen soup base, garlic, sesame oil, and vinegar to create a rich and balanced bowl with deep umami flavor. The noodles absorb the sauce directly, giving every bite a satisfying texture and bold taste.

Unlike traditional ramen, aburasoba is quick to prepare and easy to customize with toppings like green onion, egg yolk, chashu pork, nori, garlic, or sesame seeds.

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 pack of soup base (comes with the pack)
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1-2 clove Grated garlic

Toppings

  • Chashu
  • Chopped green onion
  • Nori seaweed
  • Menma
  • Egg yolk
  • Bonito flakes

Instructions

1)  Prepare all sauce ingredients in a serving bowl and mix well.

2) Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.

3) Drain the noodles well and immediately add them to the sauce bowl while hot.

4) Toss the noodles thoroughly so the sauce coats evenly.

5) Add your preferred toppings such as green onion, ramen egg, nori, sesame seeds, or chashu pork.

6) Mix everything together before eating and enjoy immediately.

Tips

  • Adding a raw egg yolk creates a richer and creamier texture.
  • Vinegar and chili oil can be adjusted to taste after mixing.
  • Thick or medium-thick noodles work especially well for aburasoba.
  • Aburasoba is best enjoyed immediately while the noodles are hot and springy.
