- Coconut milk: 125 ml
- Water: 250 ml

- Lime juice: 1–2 tsp
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- Sesame oil: 1 tsp
- Your choice of protein (ex: boiled shrimp, grilled chicken, deep fried tofu)
- Optional toppings: fish cakes, cilantro, lime, chili oil, sliced onion, peanuts, ramen egg
Prepare the broth
1) Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
2) Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
3) Add coconut milk and water, then bring to a gentle simmer.
4) Add the miso ramen soup base and stir well to combine.
5) Add fish sauce and sugar. Turn off the heat, then add lime juice. Adjust to taste.
Cook the ramen
1) Cook the noodles.
2) Drain well.
3) Pour the prepared soup into a bowl.
4) Add the cooked noodles to the bowl.
Assemble
1) Add your choice of protein and toppings.
2) Serve immediately and enjoy.
