Yamachan Ramen Authentic Miso Ramen - retail product

Miso Ramen

Miso is made by fermented soybeans and has been a favorite seasoning paste in Japan for many years. Yamachan Ramen Authentic Miso Ramen soup is made with two types of miso, red miso and white miso, and is characterized by its nutty aroma and sweetness, derived from Hokkaido, Japan.

The noodles have a smooth texture and are chewy at the same time. The noodles are given a strong wave to help cover the noodles well with the soup and are NON-soggy after boiling.

Topping recommendations would be corn, ramen egg, and fresh bean sprouts. It is also a great idea to add a knob of a piece of butter to the soup before eating.
