- 1 serving Miso Ramen or Sapporo Miso Ramen Noodles
- At least 6¼ cups or 1.5L of Water
Soup
- 1 serving Miso Ramen or Sapporo Miso Ramen Soup Base
- 1 1/4 cups or 300 ml Hot Water
- 3 tbsp Japanese Sesame dressing (can be found at any Asian grocery stores)
Toppings
- Niku Miso
- Boiled Bok Choy
- Chopped Green Onion
- Sesame Seeds

Spicy Tantanmen Ramen Recipe
This Tantanmen ramen recipe combines miso ramen soup base with Japanese sesame dressing, topped with niku miso, bok choy, green onion, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. It’s an easy way to make Tantanmen ramen at home using Yamachan ramen noodles and soup base.
Ingredients
Ramen Noodles

- 1 1/4 cups or 300 ml Hot Water

Instructions
1) Boil bok choy with hot water and a pinch of salt.
2) Cook Niku Miso.
3) Cook the noodles.
4) While the noodles are boiling, prepare the soup.
Boil 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) of water.
Put the soup base in a bowl and dissolve the soup base in the boiling water. Add 3 tbsp Japanese sesame dressing. Mix well.
5) Drain all the water from the noodles and place them into the bowl.
6) Add all the toppings into the bowl and enjoy!
