Thin Straight Ramen Noodles
Blade: #24-28, Straight
Ideal for shio and Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen, these thin straight noodles cook quickly and hold their shape in hot broth. Their firm yet silky texture makes them a favorite among ramen chefs across the US and Canada
Features of THIN STRAIGHT RAMEN NOODLES
Our thin noodles are made using carefully selected wheat flour and are a staple in Kyushu-style tonkotsu ramen. With low water content and a firm bite, they hold their texture in rich pork broth.
To reduce sogginess, we use a special blend of ingredients and techniques that help the noodles stay firm in hot soup. These characteristics make them ideal for restaurants seeking fast cook time and consistent quality.
